We just purchased a house in Lancaster while being in California for the search and closing. This was no easy feat, but Janet and her husband Chuck made the whole process easy for us. While we weren't able to come out for viewings or the closing, Janet & Chuck made the whole thing possible by being our people on the ground and doing helpful video walkthroughs so we could get a sense of houses. Even after we closed on the house, they've continued to help us get oriented and plan for improvements we want to make as we're getting ourselves from California. We were actually referred to Chuck and Janet from another realtor. After dealing with and meeting a handful of realtors that didn't work out for us, Chuck inadvertently revealed to us why no one else had met our needs. He showed us what a TRUE realtor was. And HOLY COW, he far exceeded our expectations in every way. He was so knowledgeable, professional, put together...but he was also personable and had a great personality. We were instantly secure in feeling that we were finally in the right hands upon meeting him. Long story short-ish: I had my heart set on an area where no one was selling. The area was outside of his vicinity which mean he had to drive really far away each time he met us and helped with searches. Chuck CALLED everyone in my desired neighborhood on my behalf and ended up enticing one home to sell to us exclusively!! He went so far above and beyond as an agent. He even looked for homes for the sellers, to make sure our transaction could go through (once they could find a new home); sending 360 degree video to the sellers when they had covid so they could see new home options! He also provided referrals for anyone and everyone we may have needed. This is a man, and couple, who pride themselves in having and fulfilling the highest standards of care, forward thinking and integrity, and they absolutely did not disappoint. We WILL use them again, and I would certainly recommend them to absolutely anyone interested in either buying or selling. Knowing you can trust who you are working with is priceless.
